At By Dash, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and smoothly. We understand how exciting it is to receive your pieces, and we do our best to ensure a seamless delivery experience from start to finish.

Processing Times:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Free U.S. Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • International Shipping: 2–7 business days (flat-rate fee)

Please note: Shipping times do not include the 1–3 business day processing period.

Shipping Days:
We do not ship orders on Sundays or U.S. holidays. Orders placed on these days will begin processing the next business day.

Tracking Your Order:

You can easily track your order anytime by scrolling to the bottom of our website and clicking “Track My Order.”

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your package leaves our warehouse, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. By Dash is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they’ve been handed over. If you experience any issues with delivery, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly for assistance.
