Shipping Policy

At DASH, prompt shipping is our main priority! We understand the importance of receiving your orders quickly and efficiently, and we strive to make the shipping process as seamless as possible.

Processing Time
• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note, this does not include weekends or holidays.

• During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly delayed, but we always aim to keep you informed.

Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping methods:
1. Standard Shipping:
• Delivery typically takes 1-5 business days after the order has been processed excluding fur boots and fur coats. 
2. Express Shipping:
• For those who need their items faster, we offer express shipping with delivery in 1 business day after the order has been processed.
ALL FUR COATS & FUR BOOTS ORDERS TAKE 1-10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PROCESSING! 

Please note: Shipping times do not include the 1-3 business day processing time.

Shipping Exclusions
• We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the following business day.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier (UPS or USPS). If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact UPS or USPS customer service directly for assistance.

Tracking Your Order
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track the status of your shipment directly with the carrier.

Incorrect or Delayed Shipping Information
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us within 24 hours for potential adjustments before the order is processed.
