Return Eligibility:
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unused
- Free of any scents, fragrances, or marks
- All original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return:
To start your return, please email us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you a complimentary return label.
After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy:
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. If you’d like to exchange an item, simply email us to begin the process. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right—whether that means a replacement or a refund.
